Mr. Hyacinthe Ngwijabagabo is a qualified Geo-Information and Environmental Management specialist. He has been working in the area of environmental management since 2015. Hyacinthe is a strong geo-information and environmental management specialist with a Master of Science (MSc) in Geo-information for Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Rwanda. He has participated in organizing training sessions and public awareness campaigns meant to disseminate environmental protection technologies. He was actively involved in integrating environmental and climate change mitigation activities in Rwandan districts. He is teaching modules such as Environmental Management and Planning, Geomorphology, and Hazard and Disaster Risk Assessment and Management at the University of Rwanda. He has published different manuscripts using geospatial tools to address community challenges.
