This company's focus was on calling leads, reciting scripts, upsell additional features/services, and submit all sales if all requirements were filled. The clientele was mostly business owners however, I had occasionally come across gatekeepers I had to get past. Scoreshuttle is a company located in San Diego that is a Credit Management Software that focused on improving people's circumstances so they could have access to the refinances/loans they need. I was a Software Specialist who did outbound calls, provided value about the software based on client's responses to probing questions, do a soft pull on their credit, then transfer clients who qualified to a closer. I had to produce 120+ calls daily. Content Creating experiences include: Collaborate with local artists to develop and fit art pieces to connect with diverse audiences Content marketing and branding/social media marketing.
