A pre existing business, I was asked by Sawasdee Thai Massage to redesign the logo and website by giving their brand a refresh so that it would reflect the tranquillity of their service. Starting with the logo, I was briefed to ensure their whole business name was clear. Further to this, their initial brief stated that they wanted their brand to reflect the tranquillity of their service. As such, I wanted to keep the logo as simple as possible. I ensured the wording was of a clear font and added a simple lotus flower in two tone. As with the logo, the feeling of tranquillity was at the forefront of my design here. Having not been provided with a great deal of content, it was easy to ensure that tranquillity through a minimalist design. Keeping the page uncluttered and the font simple results in easy, relaxed viewing for the user. As with all of my projects, part of the service I offer is the writing of any informative text. With this client, however, the client had pre existing descriptions of their services and company history. Due to the desired simplicity of the website and the pre existing content, I was able to complete this complete brand refresh within 24 hours. Along with the re branding, I also sorted out a new hosting plan for the clients as well as a new domain name. As a local business, SEO was important here and I ensured the business was as visible as possible using "Google My Business". Brand refreshing is always enjoyable; branding is so important so its always such a great feeling knowing Ive helped improve such an important aspect of a business.
