Landscape Architectural Pool and Recreation Amenity Area

Phil Graham Landscape Architecture seeks individual to develop a conceptual SketchUp model with enough detail to convey the intent on textures, materials, forms and colors of design elements within an existing pool amenity. The model will include structures, pool water, intercoastal water, sky, vegetation, night lighting, people, walking surfaces, furnishings, railings, fencing, wall mounted green screen and fire. • Sea wall and midrise roughly framed as a massing backdrop • Bathroom ramp access, doors and stairs • Pool deck without raised coping on pool and with raised coping on spa • Outdoor shower column with seat wall • Various furnishings such as chaises, seating and dining tables • Mounted fans and sconces on pavilion • Area lighting around the pool deck on poles • Working lighting for nighttime views • Pavilion, pergola and raised plank deck with solid wall • Railings and fences • Fire pit garden area without the fountain • Perimeter fencing, waterside steel wire railing • Vegetation (as directed with plan to follow), tropical, buffering and colorful • Kayak dock and stairs leading to the dock from the pool deck • Grandparents, families and children demographics Thank you.
