I need a blockchain developer(Manager) for my company

Key Responsibilities: - Design and sustain high-quality, efficient applications. - Work closely with clients to grasp their requirements and provide innovative solutions. - Assess and offer feedback on pull requests submitted by team members. - Aid in internal projects and workflows, prioritizing clean and efficient code. - Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, actively pursuing personal development and improvement. Qualifications: - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Nullstack. - Strong knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, Apollo, and the entire JavaScript ecosystem. - Experience with EVMs, Solidity, Flow/Cadence, Solana/Metaplex, and Rust is a plus. - Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, web3.js, ethers.js, and continuous integration practices. - A strong enthusiasm for technology, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
