print ad designer from a low-quality existing ad

I'm looking to hire someone to design a 1/2 page print ad that goes in Modern Dog Magazine. I have an existing ad (which they designed) but it is of poor quality, is ineffective, and needs to be redesigned. I sell pet memorials, made of wood. The color palette should be modern, bright, and lean towards feminine, as women seem to be my primary client and that fits in with the rest of the print ads in the magazine. This project will need to be done by October 10th. I have many product photos, taken by me with a real camera, lights, and a tripod, but I am not a professional photographer. Attached is my media, and the existing ad, certainly not all the media need be used, I just want to give you as many options as I can I don't have any specific idea what the ad should look like, but the current ad is unacceptable. It is the wrong palette, the photos look greenish, and it does not capture the beauty or uniqueness of the product. I am open to new copy ideas as well.
