Job Description:
- Part-time service for sales and supporting activity in German (mainly in Germany
-Lead in pre-sales online demo meetings from time to time
-Answer emails and phone calls to support clients
-Collect client's feedback
-Check our product to ensure the translation is correct and our service meets the client's expectation
-Training is provided by our staff for you to get familiar with our product
-May need to meet clients if necessary (cost reimbursed by us)
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Native in Germany German, fluent in English
- Good written communication skills
- Able to build trust and relationships with business clients
- Proactive, positive, customer-focused, and responsible
