I have a list of a few companies listed on BSE. Companies are divided by the main industry they operate into. Eg: Steel Industry - JSW Steel and Tata Steel. You need to do the following in reference to those companies: Industry analysis- a. structural determinants for the future scope of the industry, b. Porter’s competition analysis, c. stage of industry’s life cycle Fundamental Analysis- i. SWOT analysis of the companies- a. value chain analysis/ backward or forward integrations, b. brand value, c. research and development history and future potential, d. technology pioneers or laggards, e. flagship products, f. market share, g. BCG matrix stars or cash cows, etc. ii. Unsystematic risk factors analysis. iii. Identify one sustainable competitive advantage nationally or internationally of the companies. Look for trademarks or copyrights, etc. Porter’s generic competitive strategies iv. Shareholding pattern: The firm buys back its shares or management purchases shares, which indicates that its insiders/promoters are putting their money into the firm. Interpret all the above factors whether attractive or not for value investing. Chose one company from the industry with the best fundamentals overall. Please mention in the bid if you know how to do all this. Please don't waste both of our time if you don't know even one of these as I will award the project to one individual only who can do the complete analysis and answer all the questions as mentioned Please set the bid price as to how much would you charge for 1 set of companies (1 set means 1 Industry including 2 companies).
